Meet Amber Prasanphanich

I am Amber Prasanphanich, REALTOR® and Broker-Agent with Team Fish at Edge Realty ERA Powered, serving buyers and sellers across Cape Girardeau and Jackson, Missouri. I specialize in move-up buyers and sellers navigating the $300K-$800K range, where the stakes – and the decisions – get more complex.

As part of Team Fish, a top producing team with over 74 years of combined real estate experience, I bring serious market knowledge and negotiating experience to every transaction. Before Real Estate: 12 Years in Education

Before real estate, I spent 10 years as a high school business teacher and 2 years as a principal. That background is exactly why my clients get explanations instead of pressure – I would rather you understand the numbers than simply trust me on them.

I was raised in the Cape Girardeau community and I am raising my family here. When I talk about Jackson R-2 schools, the commute from Sikeston, or which neighborhoods hold value, that is lived knowledge, not a script.
